🎯 Requirements

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy; licensed Pharmacist in applicable state.
• 1+ year in retail or specialty dispensing; 5+ years preferred.
• Strong pharmacology knowledge; interpret orders; FDA health regs.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Supervise staff; maintain records; ensure safety and compliance.
• Willing to engage in education, training, and process improvements.
