📋 Description

• Represent Fetch to sell pet insurance at the Salem partner site.
• Convert prospects into loyal clients with a customer-first approach.
• Record prospect and customer data in Fetch CRM accurately.
• Build productive relationships with partner staff to meet goals monthly.
• Proactively assess partner needs via onsite focus and follow-ups.
• Attend monthly company meetings or check-ins as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
• 3-5 years in an animal care role.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication.
• Willing to travel to industry events as required.
• Proven self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced sales cycle.
• Proven success building relationships with a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
