- Establish productive relationships with partner location staff to meet goals
- Proactively assess partner needs via onsite focus and follow-up
🎯 Requirements
- Ability to structure work weeks during peak Fri-Sun hours
- Active P&C license or willingness to obtain within 30 days (company pays)
- 3-5 years in an animal care role
- Passion for prospecting new sales opportunities daily (face-to-face)
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated customer service skills and ability to understand customer needs
- Willing to travel to industry events as required
