- Build relationships with partner staff to meet monthly objectives.
- Proactively assess partner needs via onsite focus and follow-up.
🎯 Requirements
- Structure your work week during peak hours (Friday-Sunday).
- Active P&C license or willing to obtain within 30 days (Company paid).
- 3-5 years in an animal care role.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Must be willing to travel to various industry events.
- Proven success in building relationships using a consultative approach.
