🎯 Requirements
- On-site at partner location in the Austin area
- Active P&C license or willingness to obtain within 30 days (Company pays)
- 3-5 years in an animal care role; proven sales mindset
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication
- Willing to travel to industry events as required
