📋 Description

• Oversee PCA daily operations in center, specialty care, and home.
• Schedule, supervise, and evaluate PCA staff.
• Collaborate with IDT to promote participant independence and well-being.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centered care per PACE standards.
• Provide onboarding, training, and coaching for PCA staff.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance for participants.

🎯 Requirements

• Accredited CNA certification.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of PACE program.
• Minimum 2 years experience with frail or elderly.
• Driver's license with own transportation; CPR/BLS certification within 30 days.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment.
