- Provide hands-on personal care for WelbeHealth participants, including ADLs
- Measure and document vital signs as instructed
- Serve as medical escort for transportation when needed
- Oversee day center floor to ensure participant safety
- Assist with meals and feeding as required

🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HHA or CNA certification in CA preferred
- Minimum one year of experience with seniors
- CA Food Handlers Certification within 30 days
- Willing to work at multiple day centers on-call
- CPR and First Aid within 180 days; preferred at hire
