Provide hands-on personal care with ADLs (escort, toileting, bathing, dressing).
Collaborate with day center teams to support participants and care plans.
Measure and document participants' vital signs as instructed.
Serve as medical escort for boarding/exiting WelbeHealth transportation.
Oversee day center activity to ensure participant safety.
Assist with meals and feeding when needed.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
HHA or CNA certification in California (CA) preferred.
Minimum one year of experience providing personal care to seniors.
CA Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire.
CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire (preferred at hire).
