🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years in compliance, permitting, or regulatory roles (real estate preferred)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience navigating government permitting and licensing processes
- Familiarity with Avalara software is a plus
- Familiarity with tax compliance (sales tax, B&O tax) is a plus
