Coordinate scheduling, delivery, and status of all permits with stakeholders
Facilitate permit applications; liaison between Wing and Partners
Prepare and submit permitting applications; ensure compliance with agency requirements
Maintain permitting database with AHJ requirements and zoning laws
Travel up to 75% for AHJ meetings across the country

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in obtaining construction and code-based site permits from municipalities (AHJs)
Intermediate knowledge of permitting processes across multiple jurisdictions
Established relationships with municipalities or ability to build them within 90 days
Knowledge base in reading and interpreting site plans
Familiarity with scaling a permitting program
Exceptional written and verbal communication with follow-up and time management
