  • 2โ€“4 years of hands-on experience in performance or paid media marketing.
  • Experience executing and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads; other channels a plus.
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and ad reporting.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and data-driven optimization.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment; cross-functional communication.
