📋 Description

  • Plan, launch, optimise campaigns across Paid Social and Native
  • Manage budgets, bids, targeting, pacing for CPL/ROAS
  • Monitor CPC, CTR, CVR, CPL, ROAS and take action quickly
  • Identify trends and opportunities from campaign data
  • Contribute to daily/weekly/monthly reporting with insights
  • Collaborate with Creative, CRO, Data, and Product Ops on performance

🎯 Requirements

  • 2–3+ years’ experience in paid media/performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Meta, Snap and Native platforms (Taboola/Outbrain)
  • Strong CPC, CTR, CVR, CPL, ROAS knowledge
  • Analytical mindset; data-driven and fast to act on insights
  • Experience with creative testing and performance-driven ad development
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced env
