- Plan, launch, optimise campaigns across Paid Social and Native
- Manage budgets, bids, targeting, pacing for CPL/ROAS
- Monitor CPC, CTR, CVR, CPL, ROAS and take action quickly
- Identify trends and opportunities from campaign data
- Contribute to daily/weekly/monthly reporting with insights
- Collaborate with Creative, CRO, Data, and Product Ops on performance
🎯 Requirements
- 2–3+ years’ experience in paid media/performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta, Snap and Native platforms (Taboola/Outbrain)
- Strong CPC, CTR, CVR, CPL, ROAS knowledge
- Analytical mindset; data-driven and fast to act on insights
- Experience with creative testing and performance-driven ad development
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced env
