🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years paid social on Meta and TikTok; Ads Manager, Advantage+, CAPI, bidding.
  • Proven track record scaling B2B or B2SMB SaaS campaigns.
  • Hands-on use of AI tools to improve paid social performance.
  • Strong analytics; proficient in Looker, Tableau, Amplitude.
  • Experience writing data-driven briefs for short-form video and static ads.
  • Proven ability to manage $750K+/month budgets.
