  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat.
  • Own CAC, ROAS, LTV, and ROI targets.
  • Manage budgets for experimentation and scalable growth.
  • Coordinate creative pipeline: brief designers, test variations.
  • Analyze performance and optimize targeting, bidding, and creatives.
  • Design and run A/B tests across ads, audiences, formats, and landing experiences.

  • 2+ years in performance marketing/paid media in a data-driven environment.
  • Experience scaling campaigns on Google Ads, Meta and TikTok.
  • Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, ROI, and LTV.
  • Background in gaming or creator economy, or tech agency work.
  • Ability to identify audience segments by interests, geos, and demos.
  • Experience managing paid media budgets with clear ownership.
