🎯 Requirements
- 3–5+ years managing paid performance campaigns at high-growth B2SMB SaaS/consumer tech.
- Expertise with Meta Ads, Google Search & YouTube, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Proven track record managing $1M–$5M+ annual paid media budgets with ROAS.
- Attribution, event tracking, and pixels/conversion APIs (GA4, CAPI, Segment).
- Analytical mindset with spreadsheets and behavioral analytics tools.
- Experience launching international, language-localized campaigns.
