  • Own and scale paid media across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and pacing to maximize ROAS and hit volume targets.

  • Analyze campaign performance with GA4, Looker, and dashboards; turn insights into actions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, creative, web, and local teams.
  • Report KPIs (CPA, LTV, ROAS, CR) and lead regular performance reviews with stakeholders.

  • Channel expertise in Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Data-driven mindset; proficient with ROAS, CPA, LTV, CTR, CR; GA4, Looker, Excel/Sheets.
  • Testing and optimization with A/B testing, funnel analysis, and CRO.
  • Strategic thinking; connect performance to business goals and adjust strategy.
  • Collaboration & communication with marketing, creative, web, and analytics teams.
  • Creative judgment; ability to brief, evaluate, and iterate on ad creatives.
  • Growth mindset; proactive, curious, and eager to improve processes and outcomes.
