  • Own local market paid channel strategy, budget, planning, and optimization to drive user acquisition.
  • Develop core channel expertise using advanced strategies and continuous experimentation.
  • Run full-funnel performance ops: testing, segmentation, bidding, and landing-page changes with A/B tests.
  • Conduct data-driven analysis; build measurement frameworks; drive growth strategies.
  • Build scalable SOPs and frameworks to uplift team performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, brand, content, and product teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in performance marketing with 1+ year managing paid channels.
  • Subject-matter expert in a key channel with strong algorithm knowledge and growth tactics.
  • Strong analytics, strategic thinking, and cross-functional communication.
  • Crypto/fintech experience is a strong advantage.
  • Experience running large Facebook/Meta campaigns is a plus.
