  • Around 5 years building or scaling B2B SaaS performance channels.
  • Budget ownership: managed sizable budgets independently and scaling spend efficiently.
  • International footprint: deploying campaigns across US, DACH, and UK.
  • Core Channel Mastery: Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads; Meta and Reddit a strong plus.
  • Analytical Sharpness: GA4 and Google Data Studio; HubSpot and Metabase knowledge a plus.
  • Language Fluency: English; German language skills are a major benefit.
