  • Own paid marketing channel performance and optimize CPL and pipeline
  • Develop and execute full-funnel campaigns to acquire/engage financial advisors
  • Design and run experiments across targeting, creative, and landing pages to boost conversions
  • Align with Revenue and Growth Operations on lead quality, funnel metrics, and reporting
  • Analyze campaign performance across the advisor lifecycle and extract insights
  • Collaborate with Creative/Content to test compliant messaging

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in performance or growth marketing with measurable pipeline goals
  • Experience activating/managing campaigns in a martech stack (HubSpot, SFMC, Marketo)
  • Experience managing paid channels such as search, paid social, programmatic, or lead gen partners
  • Strong analytical skills optimizing toward funnel and pipeline outcomes
  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Data, Compliance, and Creative to execute integrated campaigns
  • Ability to operate in a regulated environment with strong attention to detail
