  • Disciplined experimenter; develop hypotheses, run tests, scale what works.
  • Strong attribution, conversion tracking, UTMs, and campaign measurement.
  • Direct, thoughtful, rigorous; open to feedback and clear communication.
  • Collaborates across functions/time zones; effective in distributed teams.
