  • Comfortable operating campaigns directly in ad platforms (not just via agencies).
  • Pipeline-first marketer; measures via MQLs, demos, pipeline, and revenue impact.
  • Disciplined experimenter; develops hypotheses and scales what works.
  • Strong understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, UTMs, and measurement.
