  • 5+ years running and scaling paid performance campaigns at high-growth B2B SaaS, developer tools, or consumer tech.
  • AI-native habits with agents, automations, or workflows that changed how you work.
  • Hands-on with Meta Ads, Google Search and YouTube, LinkedIn Ads; TikTok or programmatic a bonus.
  • Track record managing $1M-$5M+ annual paid media budgets and beating ROAS/CAC goals.
  • Fluency in data/analytics and storytelling with campaign data.
  • Clear written and verbal communication across developers and enterprise buyers.
