  • Hands-on Google and LinkedIn Ads; paid social, retargeting, and app store ads a plus.
  • Operates campaigns directly within ad platforms.
  • Measures success by MQLs, demos, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Disciplined in hypothesis-driven tests and scaling what works.
  • Understanding of attribution, tracking, UTMs, and campaign measurement.
  • Clear communicator who welcomes feedback and questions assumptions.
