📋 Description

• Own always-on ICP campaigns across Google Search, LinkedIn, paid social, and retargeting.
• Drive paid amplification for product launches, events, content, and brand campaigns.
• Hypothesis-driven A/B testing across creative, audiences, and landing pages.
• Own paid media pipeline performance; ensure spend translates into demos and pipeline.
• Recommend and manage monthly budget allocation across channels based on performance data and growth opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in B2B paid media, SaaS, with 5+ years owning paid channel end-to-end.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google and LinkedIn Ads; paid social, retargeting, app store ads a plus.
• Comfortable operating campaigns directly within ad platforms, not just via external agencies.
• A pipeline-first marketer who measures success through MQLs, demos, pipeline, and revenue impact.
• Disciplined experimenter who can develop hypotheses, run structured tests, interpret results, and scale what works.
• Strong understanding of marketing attribution, conversion tracking, UTMs, and campaign measurement fundamentals.
• Direct, thoughtful, and rigorous; open to feedback, clear communicator, and capable of challenging assumptions.
• Strong collaborator across functions and time zones; effective in distributed teams and async environments.
