- Strong hands-on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads experience.
- Experience with paid social, retargeting, and app store ads a plus.
- Comfortable running campaigns directly in ad platforms, not agencies.
- Pipeline-first marketer with MQLs, demos, pipeline, revenue focus.
- Disciplined tester with hypotheses, structured tests, results scaling.
- Strong attribution, tracking, UTMs, and campaign measurement.
