📋 Description

  • Own end-to-end paid media performance; LinkedIn primary with paid search/newsletters.
  • Drive growth in paid-sourced pipeline by optimizing targeting, messaging, creative, and budget.
  • Turn data into creative briefs; partner with Brand Design to refresh ads.
  • Synthesize data across ad platforms, CRM, and sales to sharpen messaging and creative.
  • Design experiments in new or underutilized paid channels (Reddit, YouTube) to reach new audiences.
  • Report performance with explanations of why results occurred.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years owning paid media for a B2B SaaS company focused on pipeline or revenue.
  • Hands-on LinkedIn paid social: audience strategy, testing, campaign architecture, budget.
  • Proven track record of improving paid performance over time.
  • Experience with creative-led formats (image, carousel, video) and design partnerships.
  • Bias toward experimentation; comfortable testing new channels and ad formats.
  • Clear, confident communicator translating data into cross-functional insights.
