- Hands-on LinkedIn paid social: audience strategy, testing, campaign architecture, budget.
- Proven track record of improving paid performance over time.
- Experience with creative-led formats (image, carousel, video) and design partnerships.
- Bias toward experimentation; comfortable testing new channels and ad formats.
- Clear, confident communicator translating data into cross-functional insights.
