  • Plan, execute and iterate paid acquisition and ABM across SEM, Display, Paid Social, Video.
  • Collaborate with Studio and Brand/Content teams on copies/creatives; report results.
  • Research target customers; define audiences and messaging for personas.
  • Collect Sales feedback to optimize campaign parameters; enable cross-department collaboration.
  • Monitor performance; optimize CAC/payback; refine audiences, targeting, bids, and touchpoints.
  • Track and report Lead, Demand & ABM metrics (engagement, pipeline, revenue impact).

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3-5 years in performance marketing or customer acquisition in a high-growth B2B (SaaS/scale-up) environment.
  • Proven ability to influence decision makers in a fast-paced, matrixed org with cross-market stakeholders.
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing tools, including HubSpot.
  • Thrives in international teams; English proficient.
  • Native/bilingual in French or German; strong English.
