📋 Description

  • Own how we deploy performance marketing spend across markets and channels.
  • Manage and optimize a multi-million-dollar budget to drive revenue and growth.
  • Build a system that moves budget toward what’s working and away from what isn’t.
  • Set clear rules for when to scale, test, or pull back spend.
  • Translate attribution data, MMM insights, and performance into decisions.
  • Design and run incrementality tests, including geo holdouts and channel experiments.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in performance marketing, growth, or a similar role.
  • Experience managing and allocating multi-million-dollar marketing budgets.
  • Strong experience across Paid Social, Search, and app-based growth channels.
  • Proven ability to make budget allocation decisions that drive measurable growth.
  • Deep understanding of attribution, incrementality, and the limitations of both.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn data into decisions.
