🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid social, or fintech
  • Hands-on experience managing and scaling campaigns across TikTok Ads and Meta Ads
  • Strong analytical skills with experience optimizing toward CPA, ROAS, and conversions
  • Proven ability to run structured creative testing and translate insights into scalable growth strategies
  • Experience working cross-functionally with analytics, product, and creative teams
  • Drive and proactivity – a builder and executor mindset
