  • Manage day-to-day campaign ops and spend tracking.
  • Collaborate with Brand/Creative to coordinate assets and test formats.
  • Test new mid-funnel channels (TikTok, Meta, YouTube on TV) to expand reach.
  • Develop audience targeting strategies to improve traffic quality.
  • Monitor performance, maintain dashboards, and report insights to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in strategy consulting, finance, or marketing/product analytics.
  • Familiarity with CM360, DV360, and Google Ads.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy.
  • Excel (pivots, vlookups) and PowerPoint; SQL/BI tools (Looker, Tableau) a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; cross-functional teamwork.
