- Own end-to-end performance testing strategy across all Appspace product lines.
- Design, build, and maintain a testing framework using k6 and Locust with GCS baselines.
- Establish performance baselines for critical journeys and service boundaries.
- Integrate automated performance gates into the CI/CD pipeline to catch regressions.
- Leverage AI tools across the test lifecycle to generate tests and monitor results.
- Define and enforce SLAs including p95 latency, throughput, and error rate across products.
🎯 Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- 7+ years in software engineering; 4+ years in perf testing for SaaS.
- Hands-on experience designing and executing load/perf tests at scale.
- Proficiency with k6 and Locust for REST API/web testing.
- CI/CD perf testing experience (GitHub Actions, Bamboo, Jenkins).
- Experience with GCP and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
