  • Own strategy, direction, and delivery of performance-driven creative for 2-5 clients.
  • Translate performance data into creative direction with testing roadmaps and hypotheses.
  • Develop briefs with platform best practices and performance-driven messaging.
  • Collaborate with Media teams on testing strategy, scaling opportunities, and optimization.
  • Work with Design/Production to deliver assets, manage timelines and budgets.
  • Analyze creative performance across platforms and translate learnings into actions.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in performance creative or paid social (agency preferred).
  • 2+ years owning client relationships and delivering performance-based creative.
  • Strong ability to pair creative with media; partner with media teams on testing.
  • Experience translating performance data into actionable creative direction.
  • Working knowledge of paid platforms, esp. Meta Ads Manager; TikTok/YouTube/Amazon.
  • Strong instincts to craft messaging, hooks, headlines across channels.
