π― Requirements
- 3+ years in performance creative or paid social (agency preferred).
- 2+ years owning client relationships and delivering performance-based creative.
- Strong ability to pair creative with media; partner with media teams on testing.
- Experience translating performance data into actionable creative direction.
- Working knowledge of paid platforms, esp. Meta Ads Manager; TikTok/YouTube/Amazon.
- Strong instincts to craft messaging, hooks, headlines across channels.
