🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in Creative Art; 8+ years in leadership; bachelor’s or equivalent.
  • Deep experience leading performance-focused creative across paid social, display, video.
  • Comfort with strategy and execution; set direction and solve delivery challenges.
  • Practical understanding of ad platforms, formats, specs, trafficking, and tracking.
  • Data-driven concepts: DCO, modular creative systems, personalization, and testing methods.
  • Collaborative leadership that builds trust across disciplines and raises standards.
