📋 Description

  • Act as primary SEM lead for a portfolio of clients.
  • Provide strategic direction for paid search across Google & Bing.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle: keyword research, ad copy, updates.
  • Oversee budget allocation and channel performance, monitor spend and reports.
  • Identify and pitch growth opportunities using competitor insights.
  • Collaborate with SEO and Analytics teams to lead integrated digital strategy.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5+ years’ Paid Search experience in a digital or full-service agency.
  • Expertise across Google Ads, GA4, programmatic & retargeting.
  • Confident creating reports from Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Looker Studio.
  • Confident presenter and clear communicator.
  • Analytical mindset; connecting data to client outcomes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts with strong attention to detail.
