Within scope of RN practice, provide clinical care and education asynchronously to members
Assist clinicians with reviewing and preparing prescriptions and ordering labs, checking state PDMP
Collaborate with clinicians to provide lab and imaging results and respond to medical requests
Work with Member support/navigation to help complete clinical forms
Collaborate with referral specialists and generate referrals as requested
Support and participates in Quality Assurance activities

Ensure questions answered and referrals provided when beyond scope
Excellent decision-making and communication
