Per Diem Registered Nurse- Hospice

📋 Description

• Follow a designated care plan per patient needs.
• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Administer medications, wound care, and treatments.
• Monitor client conditions; report changes to Clinical/Client Services Manager.
• Document doctor orders and follow up accordingly.
• Document observations and evaluations on a touch pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• Current PA RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Home care experience preferred but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong interpersonal skills; EMR experience preferred.
