• Deliver interventions under a licensed PT, promoting mobility and safety.
• Support participants in clinic, home, and center settings in Sacramento.

• Document progress and maintain EHR per program guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Accredited PTA program graduate with active California PTA license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to work independently and travel locally.
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
• Experience with geriatric populations or home health/PACE preferred.
