🎯 Requirements

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
Active clinical license in the state (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
4+ years of experience with children/adolescents with behavioral and emotional needs
Provide individual, group, and family therapy; intake, diagnostic, and clinical assessments
Proficient in EMR and Microsoft Office; maintain accurate, timely records
Demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships with students, families, and school staff
