🎯 Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Active clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in the state where services are provided
- 4+ years of experience with children/adolescents with behavioral and emotional needs
- Demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships with students, families, and staff
- Proficient in clinical documentation and electronic systems (EMR, Microsoft Office)
- Ability to make confident decisions in ambiguous or evolving situations
