PER DIEM - Licensed School-Based Mental Health Clinician

📋 Description

• Provide school-based mental health services, including individual, group, and family therapy.
• Manage day-to-day operations for the assigned school-based program.
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Conduct risk assessments and crisis intervention, with referrals as needed.
• Develop and monitor individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Ensure timely clinical documentation in EMR and other systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Active clinical license in the state (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• 4+ years of experience with children/adolescents with behavioral needs.
• Proficient in clinical documentation and EMR/Microsoft Office.
• Experience coordinating with schools, families, and community services.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and training skills.
