Per Diem - Licensed School-Based Mental Health Clinician

📋 Description

• Deliver school-based mental health services (individual, group, family).
• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of the program.
• Be primary clinical contact for school partners and guidance.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Maintain compliant documentation and quality standards.
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and professional development.

🎯 Requirements

• Active clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in the state.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience with children/adolescents with behavioral and emotional needs.
• School-based experience; ability to collaborate with families and staff.
• Proficient in clinical documentation and EMR/Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and crisis-intervention skills.
