Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
Perform evaluations to assess and diagnose speech, language, or swallowing issues.
Develop and revise treatment plans based on goals and orders.
Collaborate with BAYADA clinicians in multidisciplinary care plans.
Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care for independence.
Document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

Current Rhode Island SLP license.
One year of experience as an SLP.
Home health experience preferred, but not required.
