π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years, or Master's with 2+ years, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex investigations and ER consultations with limited supervision
- Proven ability to support diverse teams in a matrixed environment
- Strong experience navigating labor relations and coaching managers through employment cycles
- Solid understanding of U.S. employment law and HR practices
- Ability to identify around-the-corner risks and translate data into insights
