• Consult with front-line leaders on performance management.
• Coach leaders to address performance and document actions.
• Support leaders to coach teams up to Director level.
• Advise on navigating low performance with equitable interventions.
• Partner with People Success and Employee Relations to improve processes.
• Investigate and resolve conflict, facilitating productive conversations.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in HRBP or Talent Management or equivalent.
• Proven ability to coach and partner with leadership.
• Strong experience in labor relations and coaching managers.
• Strong experience in performance management.
• Solid understanding of HR practices, policies, and U.S. employment law.
• Ability to derive meaningful insights from data.
