📋 Description

• Own end-to-end administration and architecture of ATS, CRM, and LMS.
• Maintain integrations via APIs, middleware, and data pipelines; automate workflows.
• Ensure data integrity and governance across systems; enable actionable insights.
• Leverage AI-enabled capabilities to optimize recruiting and learning.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues; establish best practices and docs.
• Act as technical SME; collaborate across Recruiting, Learning, IT and vendors.

• Deep expertise in recruiting systems (ATS, CRM, interview tools) and LMS.
• Strong experience in system configuration, architecture, and administration.
• Proven ability to design and implement integrations using APIs, middleware, and data pipelines.
• Experience leading system implementations and managing mid-to-large projects.
• Strong understanding of data models, reporting, and system governance.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• AI fluency, including AI/ML apps and AI-enabled features in recruiting/learning.
