  • Experience leading system implementations and managing mid-to-large projects.
  • Strong understanding of data models, reporting, and system governance.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root-cause analysis.
  • AI fluency, including AI/ML apps and AI-enabled features in recruiting/learning.
