Ensure adoption via testing, training, and launch support.
Manage requirements, design, config, testing, and timelines.
Use AI to streamline Workday and People tasks; improve ticket triage.
Share AI-based prompts and templates and scale them across the team.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
2+ years HR Tech with Workday configuration or 5+ years as Workday end-user.
Experience delivering small to medium HRIS projects.
Strong background in reporting, security, issue resolution, and system management.
Experience with Zendesk or other ticketing systems.
Excellent communication and ability to translate business needs into tech solutions.
