- Strong understanding of HR policies, talent management, and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
- High organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Commitment to Obsession, Ownership, Transparency, and Partnership.
- English proficiency at upper-intermediate level or higher; nice to have BambooHR/Lever.
