🎯 Requirements

1+ years in HR and Talent Acquisition in fast-paced or tech-driven environments.
Strong understanding of HR policies, talent management, and recruitment processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
High organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
Commitment to Obsession, Ownership, Transparency, and Partnership.
English proficiency at upper-intermediate level or higher; nice to have BambooHR/Lever.
