Manage full-cycle recruitment across LatAm (Colombia, Costa Rica) and NA (USA, Canada).
Ensure an excellent candidate experience aligned with company values.
Build talent pipelines via direct sourcing, networking, and university partnerships.
Use data-driven insights to improve recruitment and inform workforce planning.
Serve as HR contact for policies, employee relations, engagement, and events.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in HR and Talent Acquisition, fast-paced/tech env.
Strong understanding of HR policies, talent management, and recruitment processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
Highly organized; ability to manage multiple priorities.

English proficiency at upper-intermediate level or higher.
