Monitor health and observability of People workflows and dashboards.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years as Salesforce Engineer/Platform Specialist or Advanced Admin.
Deep knowledge of HR Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
Proficient with Salesforce Flow and Data Loader; relational DBs.
Governance and security controls for confidential HR data; SOX.
Certifications: Salesforce Admin and Platform App Builder preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; strong stakeholder management.
