- Thrives in fast-moving, lean People Ops teams.
- Hands-on HRIS admin, workflow optimization, data quality, and integrations.
- Experience applying AI to improve velocity and employee experience.
- Advanced analytics with formulas and large data sets in Google Sheets/Excel.
- Strong data hygiene, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and communication.
